Marco Maffioli

Marco Maffioli is an experienced construction professional currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Dempsey Construction, Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Marco held various positions at Truebeck Construction, progressing from Project Engineer Intern to Senior Project Engineer, with a focus on small projects in the Interior Construction Division. Marco’s earlier experience includes internships as a Field Engineer at XL Construction and Webcor Builders, where document control and subcontractor coordination were key responsibilities. Marco also contributed to the educational realm as an Instructional Student Assistant at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, teaching construction software. Marco holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management and a minor in Real Property Development from the same university.
