Bettina van Lengerich

Bettina van Lengerich is a highly experienced scientist currently serving as Principal Scientist at Denali Therapeutics since October 2016, with previous roles as Senior Scientist and Scientist in Discovery Biology. Prior to this, Bettina held a Post-doctoral Fellowship at UCSF from February 2012 to October 2016, focusing on ligand-driven interactions in the EGFR family under the supervision of Natalia Jura. Bettina earned a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry from Stanford University between September 2006 and January 2012, and also worked as a Sr Research Associate in Medicinal Chemistry at Amgen from June 2004 to July 2006, specializing in small molecule synthesis. Bettina holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained in 2004.
