Keith Granberry has been working in finance for over a decade. Keith started their career as a CFO for Millrock Exploration Corp. in April 2011. In this role, Keith was responsible for developing and managing strategies for effective financial planning, determining resource requirements, and establishing realistic goals. Keith also reviewed processes and procedures for gaps, analyzed implications, and recommended changes and initiatives to strengthen fiscal controls and accounting practices or improve accounting, forecasting, and budgeting processes and reporting. Keith was also responsible for converting financial documents from Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and identifying, acquiring, and implementing systems and software to provide critical financial information. Keith served as the interface and key point of contact for auditors and tax accountants, on-boarding audit and tax teams, and supporting the preparation of audit findings to meet all statement and filing obligations. Keith ensured that financial report information was completed timely and accurately for the parent company and all subsidiaries operating in the US, Canada, and Mexico to internal, local, federal, and international entities and exchange traded securities commissions (e.g., financial statements, tax filings, annual independent audits).

In March 2021, Keith left Millrock Exploration Corp. to take on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Denali Universal Services. In their new role, Keith is responsible for leading the finance team, developing financial strategy, overseeing financial reporting and analysis, managing capital structure, overseeing tax strategy and compliance, and

Keith Granberry's educational career includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting and Business/Management from Gonzaga University, as well as certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in CFE, Certified Fraud Examiner, and from the AICPA in CPA, Certified Public Accountant.
