Matthew McConnell

Matthew McConnell is an accomplished professional in the fields of engineering and geology, currently serving as an Asset Leader at ExxonMobil since February 2024. Previously, McConnell held positions at Denbury Inc./ExxonMobil as an Engineer/Geologist from August 2021 to February 2024, and at Hawkwood Energy as a Completions/Production Engineer & Geologist from September 2019 to August 2021. McConnell's experience also includes a role as a Completions Engineer/Geologist at Antero Resources from September 2014 to September 2019, where responsibilities spanned various locations, including Denver and Bridgeport.
