Deborah Gagnon

Deborah Gagnon serves as the President & Chief Operating Officer at Dencan Restaurants Inc., overseeing the operations and financial strategy for over 60 Denny's locations and 16 Bar One locations since November 2013. In this role, Deborah collaborates with various stakeholders to drive continuous organizational improvement and has achieved year-over-year growth, earning multiple awards for excellence in branding and franchising. Previous positions include Vice President at Apple Retail and Store Leader at Dencan Restaurants Inc., where Deborah managed day-to-day operations across more than 50 locations in Canada. Earlier experience includes serving as Food & Beverage Director at SIR Corp, responsible for overseeing a large-scale restaurant and multiple entertainment venues. Deborah is a graduate of Georgian College.
