William James

William James is an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager at Dendreon, having progressed through various roles since April 2011. In this position, William oversees training and mentoring of new team members, collaborates on cross-functional teams, and executes corrective actions while driving process improvements. William's expertise includes aseptic manufacturing in clean-room environments and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to Dendreon, William served as Department Head at Sport Chalet, managing the Bicycle Department and enhancing sales through customer education. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at Play It Again Sports and Fitness, where William focused on customer service and staff management. William holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from San Diego State University and an Associate degree in Transfer Studies from College of the Canyons.
