In addition to leading Denholm Associates, Nicki also runs Nicki Denholm Consulting where Nicki works as a Career Strategist, Talent Adviser, and Business Consultant. With 25 years of experience in hiring talent and career development coaching, Nicki focuses on helping individuals, managers, and business owners improve work life and create engaged, productive, and happy teams. Prior to their current roles, Nicki worked as a Director at ID Recruitment Ltd and holds a BA in Business Organisation from Heriot-Watt University.
