James Eschmann

James Eschmann has over 25 years of experience in property management and real estate. Currently serving as Regional Property Manager at Denholtz Properties since March 2007, James oversees the west coast region portfolio. Prior experience includes property management roles at NDC Real Estate and Tishman Speyer/Tower Realty, where responsibilities included managing notable properties such as the Lipstick Building, 40 Broad Street, and Cityspire. Earlier in James's career, positions included Account Officer at Dime Savings Bank of New York and Sales Associate at McBee Systems. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Fairfield University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
