Scott F. Smalley

Scott F. Smalley is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Denny's. Scott has over 25 years of experience in human resources, including management of HRIS systems and compensation & benefits programs.

Scott began their career in 1994 as a Human Resource Manager at Springs Industries - Springfield Plant. Scott then moved to Springs Industries in 1998, where they served as Area Human Resource Manager for seven years. In 2005, they transferred to Springs Global, Inc as Manager HRIS. Scott remained with the company until 2008, when they were promoted to Vice President Compensation & Benefits at Springs Global US Inc. Scott held this position for four years before moving to their current role at Denny's.
