Shauna Warwick

Shauna Warwick, MBA, CCLP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, organizational development, and process improvement. Currently the Sr. Director of Operations Excellence at dentalcorp since October 2018, Shauna also serves as a Casual Instructor for NAIT's Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt program. Previous roles include Organizational Development Manager and Consultant at Covenant Health Canada, where Shauna implemented leadership development and change management strategies. With a background in Six Sigma methodologies from their tenure at Maple Leaf Foods and McKesson Canada, alongside a BSc in Pharmacology and an MBA focused on International Business and Innovation, Shauna brings a robust skill set in strategic project leadership and cross-functional team management.
