Ros Blakley

Ros leads the Bupa Dental Care team following eight successful years at Bupa, most recently as Director of Australian Defence Force (ADF) Health Services. Ros was accountable for the successful execution of the ADF Contract, strengthening Bupa’s partnership with Defence and, prior to that, led Bupa’s GP clinics. Before joining Bupa, Ros served for 18 years as a Medical Officer in the Australian Army, holding a variety of clinical and health leadership roles including clinical governance, personnel management, policy development and strategic health advice.

Ros holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (University of Queensland) and a Masters of Health Administration (University of New South Wales). With strong personal values, she is passionate about the teams she leads and giving people an opportunity to grow and reach their potential.
