Jacqui Caseley-Austin

Jacqui Caseley-Austin is the Head of Ecommerce at DD since September 2023. Previously, she held leadership roles at PepsiCo and Sally Salon Services, where she was responsible for growing sales and improving customer experience. With a background in merchandising and online marketing at Amazon UK, Jacqui has a strong foundation in driving traffic and optimizing content. Her career also includes experience at Jellybean Creative Solutions and Bournemouth University, where she worked in marketing and broadcasting roles. She holds a degree in Multimedia Journalism from Bournemouth University and A-Levels in English, Psychology, Media Studies, and Sociology from Cirencester College.
