Xavi Comas

Xavi Comas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 1996, they started as a Sales Executive at Abast Systems, where they worked until 1998. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as a Manager at DiamondCluster (now Oliver Wyman). In 2004, they founded Commo, a creative and branding agency, where they served as the Founding Partner and Managing Director until 2020. In 2013, they became a Senior Advisor and Foundation patron at Ship2B. Starting in 2015, they joined Dental Residency, initially as an Investor and Strategy Advisor until 2017. Xavi later served as Interim Chief Operations Officer from 2018 to 2019 and subsequently as the Chief Operations Officer and Board Member. In 2016, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Chopit, a mobile app marketplace for local retailers. In 2019, they became the Managing Partner at XAROQUAI. Lastly, in 2020, they became an Entrepreneur and Managing Director at IHSI - Institute of Innovation & Health Skills, where they worked until 2021.

Xavi Comas obtained their Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between 1991 and 1996. Xavi pursued further education by completing an MBA program at IESE Business School from 1998 to 2000.
