Carrie Kraner

Carrie Kraner has a wealth of work experience in the customer service and client success space. Carrie began their career in 2009 at TriZetto Provider Solutions, where they held various roles such as Product Manager, Team Lead, Operational Support, Team Lead, Executive Accounts, Executive Account Manager, and Customer Service Representative. In 2019, they moved to Transaction Data Systems, where they held the roles of VP of Client Success, VP of Operations, and Director, Enterprise Account Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they joined DentalXChange as the Vice President, Client Experience.

Carrie Kraner earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Missouri State University between 2003 and 2007. Carrie also holds a Pragmatic Marketing Certified-Level Three (PMC III) certification.
