Andrea Ernst

Andrea Ernst has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions. Andrea is currently the Head of People at dentolo, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Just Eat Takeaway.com as the Team Lead HR Germany from March 2020 to December 2021.

Before their role at Just Eat Takeaway.com, Andrea served as the Head of HR at Zizoo from January 2018 to January 2020, and as an HR Manager from September 2016 to January 2018. Andrea also has experience as an Executive Assistant at the Embassy of Mexico from February 2015 to September 2016.

Andrea's early career involved working at PwC as a Team & HR Assistant from November 2011 to February 2015. Overall, Andrea Ernst has a strong background in human resources and people management, with a focus on leadership and organizational development.

Andrea Ernst attended Friedrich Schiller University Jena from 2002 to 2009. Andrea obtained a degree in Magister Artium with a focus on Soziologie und Hispanistik.

In addition to their formal education, Andrea has also obtained several certifications. In October 2021, they became a Certified People Analytics Specialist through AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR. In May 2021, they achieved the Green Belt in Lean / Continous Improvement from UPD - Join the Spark*. Most recently, in March 2023, they obtained a Business Coach certification from Greator GmbH.
