Thomas Marriott

Thomas Marriott is an accomplished corporate lawyer with over 12 years of experience in the UK and the Cayman Islands. Currently serving as Counsel at Dentons since March 2022, Thomas specializes in the establishment, operation, and regulation of investment funds. In addition, Thomas holds the position of Assistant Manager in Corporate Services at Centralis Group, where responsibilities include coordinating Cayman Islands corporate structures and managing client relationships. Previously, Thomas has held various significant roles, such as Partner at Coastroad Group and Associate at Carey Olsen, Ropes & Gray LLP, and Reed Smith LLP, where expertise in private equity funds, corporate mergers, compliance issues, and directorship services was developed. Thomas began the legal career at Speechly Bircham as a Trainee Solicitor and was actively involved in professional development through leadership in the Midtown Business Club Young Professionals Network. Academically, Thomas holds an LLB from The University of Law and a BA (Hons) from the University of Warwick.
