Eike Schuster

Eike Schuster has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Eike is currently working at Dentsply Sirona as the Head of Cloud & Security Operations, where they are responsible for coordinating all Toolchain, Cloud, and IT Security Operations for the company's Software Development & UX department. In this role, they oversee approximately 65 employees across four sub-teams. Prior to their current position, Eike worked at Bayer as the Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Transformation at Bayer Business Consulting. During their time there, they managed various project teams and had responsibilities for 19 employees on different levels. Eike also gained experience at consulting firms Oliver Wyman and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where they held roles as an Engagement Manager and Senior Consultant respectively. Eike had the opportunity to work on projects for leading private entities in Europe and the Middle East, focusing on strategy review, development, and transformation initiatives. Additionally, Eike had internships at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Procter & Gamble, and held roles as a Consultant and Managing Director at KoUnity. Eike also worked as a student research assistant at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and the University of Koblenz-Landau. Eike brings a wealth of experience in strategy, consulting, and project management to their current role at Dentsply Sirona.

Eike Schuster holds a Master's Degree in Information Management from the University of Koblenz and Landau, which was obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, Eike completed a semester abroad at Monash University, where they focused on Management and Computer Sciences. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management from the University of Koblenz and Landau, earned between 2001 and 2005. Eike also has an upcoming certification as a Cloud Digital Leader from Google.
