Elena Lazareva Assoccipd

Elena Lazareva AssocCIPD has extensive work experience in the HR field. Elena is currently the Head of HR CIS, MENA, South Africa, Turkey, and India at Dentsply Sirona, where they are responsible for developing and executing HR plans in alignment with company values and strategic goals. Elena has also held the position of Head of HR Russia and CIS at both Dentsply Sirona Inc. and Dentsply International Inc., where they managed HR teams and oversaw various HR functions including recruitment, development, performance management, and policy implementation. Prior to that, Elena worked as an HR director at Chevron, where they ensured alignment between business goals and high-performance strategies.

Elena Lazareva AssocCIPD completed their CIPD CHRM degree at CIPD Qualifications from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Moscow State University of Humanities named after M.A. Sholohov (former Open Pedagogical University) from 1996 to 2001, where they studied Linguistics. Elena also studied Psychology at the same university, although the dates of their study in this field are not provided.
