Kai Steinbock

Kai Steinbock has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Starting in 2006, they worked at McKinsey & Company, where they progressed from an Associate to a Senior Associate and later an Engagement Manager. In 2014, they joined AUDI AG as a Project Manager and stayed there until 2016. After that, they worked at Siemens Management Consulting as a Partner/Vice-President until 2019. During their time there, they also served as an Integration Manager for Corindus Vascular Robotics and later became the Head of PMO at Siemens Healthineers. Most recently, they joined Dentsply Sirona in 2022, initially as the VP of Equipment Service & Support and Head of Technology Service Global Operations, and then as the VP of Equipment Service & Support and Head of Technology Service EMEA and Global Operations.

Kai Steinbock has a diverse education history. In 2003, they earned an ICID degree in Physics from Imperial College London. Later, they attended FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 2000 to 2006, where they studied Physics and obtained a Diplom-Physiker degree. Kai continued their academic journey at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht from 2008 to 2011, specializing in Strategie und Organisation and receiving a Dr. rer. pol. degree. In 2011, they briefly served as a Research Fellow in Organizational Behavior at Cornell University.
