Kristoffer Anderson

Kristoffer Anderson's work experience includes multiple roles in the field of Human Resources. Kristoffer started their career at Södra skånska brigaden, MEKB7, where they served as a Second Lieutenant in the Military Service. Kristoffer then worked at Liseberg AB, first as a Human Resources Administrator and later as a Human Resources Generalist and Supervisor. Kristoffer then joined Astra Tech AB (later acquired and named Wellspect HealthCare / DENTSPLY Implants) as a Human Resources Business Partner. Kristoffer eventually moved on to Dentsply Sirona, where they held various positions including Head of Human Resources Sweden, Director of Human Resources, and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources. In their role at Dentsply Sirona, Kristoffer is responsible for overseeing HR practices and behaviors, coordinating HR processes globally and locally, and supporting business units in achieving divisional objectives and business goals.

Kristoffer Anderson received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Human Resource Development and Labour Relations from the University of Gothenburg in 2000. Kristoffer also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from the same university in the same year. In 1997, they briefly studied Criminology and the Sociology of Law at the University of Gothenburg. In 1995, they acquired Cambridge English certifications, including Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE) and Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE), while studying in Oxford, England. Prior to their university education, Kristoffer completed The Natural Science Programme at Österänggymnasiet from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Coaching for Human Resource Professionals (CHRP) from the Center for Creative Leadership and underwent training in Leading Organizational Transition and occupational assessments from institutions such as Linkage, Inc. and SHL Talent Measurement from CEB. Kristoffer has also received certification in Predictive Index® (PI) from PI Europe.
