Ray Tsang

Ray Tsang is an experienced eCommerce professional currently serving as the Senior eCommerce Merchandising Manager at Dentsply Sirona since March 2024, where responsibilities include leading a site merchandising team and managing global website strategies. Previously, Ray held the position of Senior eCommerce Trading Manager at THG Ingenuity, focusing on digital trading results across multiple beauty businesses. During a tenure at SWAROVSKI, Ray drove eCommerce growth in South-East Asian and Indian markets through innovative strategies and partnerships. Earlier experiences include roles at Dyson, where Ray transformed digital retail presence in Korea, and positions at PRIZM and Agoda, where Ray specialized in digital marketing and content development. Ray holds a BSocSc (Hons) in Policy Studies and Administration from City University of Hong Kong, complemented by international study experiences.
