Bibiana Diaz Galiano has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bibiana began their career at LAN Airlines as a Revenue Management Analyst, where they executed projects and developed commercial strategies. Bibiana then transitioned to No More Cards, Inc., where they served as a Project Manager Jr, leading a mobile app development project. Subsequently, they worked at the Embassy of Canada as an Immigration Assistant, handling support tasks and analyzing cases. Following this, they joined EL TIEMPO Casa Editorial as the Head of Programmatic and Digital Strategy, overseeing sales strategies and optimizing advertising income. Bibiana later joined dentsu international as the AMNET COO Colombia, leading data-centric digital programmatic sales strategy. Bibiana continued to work at dentsu international in various roles, including Head of Data Driven Media Mexico and AMNET & Navegg COO Mexico and Colombia, focusing on digital operations, sales strategy, and P&L responsibilities. Most recently, they worked as a Product Owner at RapiCredit, where they were responsible for the P&L and forecasting for loans.

Bibiana Diaz Galiano holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Operations Research from Universidad de Los Andes. Bibiana also obtained a High School Diploma from Aspaen Gimnasio Cantillana.
