Shannon Andre-Harper

Shannon Andre-Harper has a extensive work experience in the advertising and media industry. Shannon began their career at Starcom MediaVest Group in 1999, starting as an Assistant Media Planner and working their way up to become an Associate Media Director-Operations and later the Director of Operations. Shannon held various roles within the company, including Operations Supervisor and Media Planning Supervisor. In 2014, Shannon joined Dentsu Aegis Network as the Director of Global Operations - Tools & Systems. Shannon was promoted to VP, Director Global Operations in 2015 and eventually became the SVP, Director Global Operations in April 2019.

Shannon Andre-Harper completed a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Motorola University in 2006. Shannon obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University in 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University, which they completed between 1993 and 1995.
