Will Knorr

Will Knorr is a Senior Financial Analyst at the Denver Broncos. Prior to their current position, Will served as a Senior Budget Analyst at Multnomah County from September 2016 to September 2017. In this role, Will was responsible for annual internal service rate-setting and capital planning across the county. Will was also a key contributor to developing budget forecast strategies focused on 1-5 year horizon, and preformed complex financial and revenue analysis. Will also provided job cost estimates, analysis on financing options, and recommendations to senior management, business partners, and county leadership. In addition, they served as a business partner to internal clients, providing monthly budget analysis and reporting.

Before their time at Multnomah County, Will was a Senior Financial Analyst at Denver Public Schools from March 2014 to August 2016. In this role, they delivered comprehensive financial reporting and analysis to the CFO and COO for the districts General Obligation Bonds (GOB) and the Facilities Department. Will was also a key contributor to a process improvement project on the GOB that will result in the overhaul of the current capital financial reporting package as well as the reevaluation of the current accountability structure. Will also developed and maintained a monthly project level forecasting to enable decision makers to proactively redeploy funds to pressing capital needs within the district. Furthermore, they prepared comprehensive compliance reports for various debt funding for the district. In addition, they created an automated FTE report and forecasting model that produced enhanced efficiency and increased accuracy, eliciting implementation by other members of the Budget Department. Lastly, they led the development and implementation of a comprehensive forecasting model for a summer professional development program that encompassed 14 events with a combined budget of approximately $2.3M.

Will Knorr has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business with a focus in Business Intelligence. Will also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business with a focus in Finance.
