Elliot Shields

Elliot Shields is an experienced professional in the performing arts, currently serving as the Patron Experience Manager at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts since January 2022. In this role, Elliot is dedicated to fostering a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion while ensuring a high-quality theatrical experience for patrons. Responsibilities include recruitment, hiring, and training of front-of-house staff, as well as resolving onsite patron complaints and maintaining performance environments. Previously, Elliot held positions such as Assistant Theatre Services Manager at the Eiffel Tower restaurant and House Manager at Stout Street Social, along with various roles in customer service and theater-related positions. Elliot holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Theatre Arts Management from the University of Northern Colorado.
