Caitlin Eggimann

Caitlin Eggimann has a diverse work experience in the educational field. Caitlin is currently contracting with BetterLesson as an EL Education Coach and Facilitator. Prior to this, they worked as a School Culture Designer at Odyssey School of Denver. Caitlin also has experience in Denver Public Schools, where they served as an Educator, Instructional Designer, and Senior Team Lead, as well as a Crew Leader and Leadership Team Member. Caitlin has also worked as an Instructional Designer, Educator, and Leadership Team Lead at Mapleton Public Schools. Additionally, Caitlin has experience as a Middle School Science Teacher and Curriculum Designer at DSST Public Schools, and as a 1st and 2nd Grade Teacher at St. Johns County School District. Caitlin began their career as an Americorps Member at Pensacola Habitat for Humanity.

Caitlin Eggimann, CSM, M.Ed. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Flagler College in 2008. Caitlin later earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from The University of Texas Permian Basin in 2019. Additionally, Caitlin has a certification as a Wilderness First Responder (WFR) from NOLS received between 2007 and 2018. In 2016, they completed an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) training program at St. Anthony's Pre Hospital Institute with Centura Health. Caitlin also holds a Professional Teacher Certification License from the Colorado Department of Education obtained in October 2016. Recently, Caitlin acquired the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in February 2022.
