Donna Rowland

Donna Rowland is an experienced talent management professional currently serving as Talent Manager at the Denver Rescue Mission since November 2024. Previously, Donna held the position of HRPS Consultant at Employers Council from October 2021 to November 2024, where support was provided to organizations in navigating human resources and employment law challenges.
