Darcy Morel

Darcy Morel is an experienced professional in development and philanthropy, currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at the Denver Scholarship Foundation since February 2025. Prior to this role, Morel was the Development Director at Western Resource Advocates from January 2024 to March 2025 and a Philanthropy Consultant at Impact on Education between January 2020 and January 2024, where Morel also held the position of Director of Development and Community Relations. Earlier experience includes the role of Interim Executive Director and Development Director at WOW! Children's Museum from February 2017 to December 2019, as well as the Colorado Associate Director of Philanthropy at The Trust for Public Land from November 2014 to February 2017. Morel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Purdue University, earned between January 2000 and January 2002.
