Stacy Carpenter

Stacy Carpenter is a Shareholder at Polsinelli and the Chair of the commercial litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on the representation of professionals, litigation arising from business disputes, and representing insurance companies in benefit disputes including those that arise under Employee Retirement Income Security Act She combines her strong advocacy skills, her years of litigation experience and her understanding of business goals to achieve positive and timely outcomes both in and out of the courtroom. Stacy is active in the Colorado legal community, having served as the president of the Denver Bar Association and as a long-time member of the Colorado Bar Association Board of Governors.
