Teresa Turrión Aguirre de Cárcer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Teresa began their career as a Conference Hostess at SIASA Congresos S.A in 2007. Teresa then worked as a Summer Camp Monitor in Spain for C.G.C.L s.a in 2009. In the same year, they took on the role of Spanish Teacher at the University of Nottingham, where they taught the language to students.

In 2011, Teresa joined Procter & Gamble as an F&A Intern for CEEMEA Snacks, where they developed promotional and pricing strategies for the Pringles business in Poland. Teresa then became a Private Tutor in Math, Chemistry, and Physics, offering personalized educational support from 2006 to 2011.

Teresa gained experience in market research and category management at L'Oréal. From 2012 to 2013, they worked on a special project for the Hair Care category in Carrefour, conducting data analysis and implementing the EMNOS database. During the same period, they also assisted in market research studies and provided support to the Marketing and Sales teams for L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, and Essie.

From 2013 to 2016, Teresa joined Daymon Worldwide as an Associate Business Manager. Teresa played a significant role in proposing and developing an assortment of beauty care products for private label brands across Spanish, Portuguese, and French markets. Their responsibilities included creating marketing plans, coordinating product promotions, and leading inventory forecasting.

Currently, Teresa is working at Deoleo, a global food company. Teresa started as a Brand Manager for Koipe Sol & Louit in 2016 before progressing to roles as Global Brand Director for Carapelli in 2019 and Bertolli in 2022. In these positions, they are responsible for leading and managing brand strategies, product promotions, and marketing plans on a global scale.
