Arnaud L. serves as the RSSI/CISO at Département du Morbihan since January 2023, focusing on cybersecurity risk management, strategy definition, compliance, and security audit oversight. Concurrently, Arnaud holds roles as a reserve officer at COMCYBER-MI since March 2023 and is a member of CESIN, the Club of Information Security and Digital Experts. Previous experience includes Architecte Cyber Sécurité at NAVAL GROUP, where responsibilities encompassed cybersecurity strategy and audits, and a range of roles at Airbus CyberSecurity, Shiseido, and the Ministry of the Interior, emphasizing security operations, incident response, and architectural design for security systems. Arnaud began a career in IT as a network and system administrator at VINCI Facilities following formal education culminating in a Master’s degree in information systems security and a Bachelor's degree in law.
