Senior User Researcher (universal Credit) at Department for Work and Pensions

Sophie Rugg is a Senior User Researcher at DWP Digital since January 2021, focusing on the Universal Credit team's labour market portfolio. Prior to this role, Sophie served as a User Researcher on the Universal Credit team and held the position of Customer Insight Manager at Wakefield and District Housing from March 2010 to January 2021, where management of the customer insight team was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Manager at Enventure Research, Senior Research Consultant at Euro RSCG Heist, and Senior Research Executive at RBA Research.
