Jigs Pasamba

Jigs Pasamba currently serves as the Chief of Staff at the Department of Education in the Philippines, overseeing administrative matters and representing the Undersecretary in various engagements. Jigs also holds the role of Concurrent OIC Chief of the School Infrastructure Management Office, providing strategic direction for school infrastructure and facilities. As the National President of the National Youth Parliament Alumni Association, Inc., Jigs leads a prominent organization of youth leaders mandated by the Republic Act 8044. Previous experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at the Department of the Interior and Local Government, Executive Director at the Philippine Film Export Service Office, and several academic positions teaching public administration and nursing. Jigs holds a Master of Public Administration and a Doctorate in Education Administration and Leadership from the University of the East, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Santo Tomas.
