Liam Griffiths

Liam Griffiths is an experienced service design professional currently serving as the Service Design Lead - Enterprise at the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations since September 2023. Previously, Liam held the position of Service Design Lead at the Australian Digital Health Agency and served in multiple service design roles at the Australian Taxation Office, including Service Design and Experience Lead, Optimising Tax Time Lead, and Service Design Lead from July 2019 to November 2022. Other notable positions include Head of Customer Experience at Datisan, Principal Advisor for Behaviour Change Strategy at the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (Queensland), Senior Consultant roles in service design with Advance Queensland and the Queensland Government, as well as founder roles in interaction design at Device Made and Boston Mobile. Liam Griffiths earned a Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design (Information Environments) from The University of Queensland.
