Liam Griffiths is an experienced service design professional currently serving as the Service Design Lead - Enterprise at the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations since September 2023. Previously, Liam held the position of Service Design Lead at the Australian Digital Health Agency and served in multiple service design roles at the Australian Taxation Office, including Service Design and Experience Lead, Optimising Tax Time Lead, and Service Design Lead from July 2019 to November 2022.
