Leann Oliver

LeAnn Oliver has a diverse work experience spanning over several government agencies. LeAnn started their career in 1980 at the U.S. Small Business Administration, where they held various roles, including Acting Director and Project Manager. LeAnn then moved to the U.S. Department of Agriculture in 2006 as Deputy Administrator, overseeing grant programs and loan committees. In 2010, LeAnn joined the U.S. Department of Energy as a Program Manager, managing grant programs and accomplishing weatherization ahead of schedule. LeAnn then held several senior advisory positions and became Associate CIO for IT Policy and Governance. Their most recent role is Director of Corporate Business Systems at the U.S. Department of Energy. Throughout their career, LeAnn has been involved in change management, data migration, knowledge management, clean energy advocacy, and policy development.

LeAnn Oliver obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science from Willamette University. Later, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Finance at the University at Albany, SUNY. In 2018, they obtained a certification in "J.T. O'Donnell on Making Recruiters Come to You" from LinkedIn.
