Jess Nolan is an experienced policy professional with a background in both governmental and environmental sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Adviser for Partnerships & Sector Performance at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning since January 2017, Jess has also held positions as a Policy Officer at the Department of Environment and Primary Industries since February 2013, and worked as a Departmental Liaison Officer and Senior Parliamentary Officer at the Department of Sustainability and Environment from February 2009 to January 2013. Prior to that, Jess was a Parliamentary Officer at the Parliament of Victoria from February 2006 to January 2009. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honours in Political Science and History from the University of Melbourne, earned between 2002 and 2005.
