Kathryn Wearne has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 at Tesco Bank, where they held various roles such as Lead Analyst, Service Manager, and eventually became the Head of Service for insurance, finance, risk, treasury, and MI. In 2015, they joined Thomas Cook as the Head of IT Service Management, where they established and managed the service management practice. Kathryn also served as the Head of Ecommerce IT before leaving in 2020. From 2020 to 2023, Kathryn worked at Post Office Ltd, initially as the Head of Service Operations and later as the Head of IT Platform Technology and Operations. Currently, they hold the role of Support Lead at the Department of Government Enablement, starting in 2023.
Kathryn Wearne earned a Grad. Diploma in Computing from Monash University in 1992. Prior to that, they completed a Bsc in Pure Mathematics from the University of Sydney between 1984 and 1987.
