Principal Architect at Victorian Department of Health

Jayne Howley has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Their most recent position is as Principal Architect at the Victorian Department of Health, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, where they held various roles including Capability Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Senior Engagement Officer from 2020 to 2023.

Prior to that, they completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2014. In 2005, they earned a Master of Professional Communications in PR from Deakin University. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Politics from Monash University, which they completed from 1995 to 1999. Jayne also attended The Hamilton and Alexandra College from 1990 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in October 2021.
