Cecilia Iturralde, B.Log., MPP (Suma Cum Laude), has extensive experience in the Department of International Relations and Cooperation, where Cecilia has served in various roles since September 2007. Their expertise lies in economic counseling. From January 2014 to December 2017, Cecilia also served as the Counsellor Political-EU at the South African Embassy. Cecilia holds a Bachelor's degree in Logopedics, Language Pathology, and Audiology from the University of Pretoria, as well as a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management, Ethics, and Corruption from Universidad Catolica de Bolivia/HIID.
