Gwen Le currently serves as Senior Manager of Payroll and Workforce Operations at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria, since March 2022, having previously held the position of Manager of Payroll Operations. Prior experience includes roles as Payroll Manager and Acting Manager of HR Operations at Court Services Victoria, as well as various positions at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, including Team Leader for Payroll Services and Workplace Relations Consultant. Gwen Le also served as Acting Payroll Team Leader and Payroll Adviser at the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources, and worked as Human Resources Officer at both The Magistrates’ Court of Victoria and Museum Victoria. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor of Business in Information Systems from Victoria University.
