Jodi Henderson

Jodi Henderson is an experienced professional currently serving as Deputy Secretary at the Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jodi has held the position of Chief Practitioner at the Victorian Department of Families, Fairness & Housing since November 2022. Jodi’s extensive career at the Department of Justice and Community Safety includes roles as Commissioner of Youth Justice, Executive Director, and Regional Director from June 2009 to May 2023. Jodi holds a Bachelor of Education with Honours from La Trobe University and an Executive Masters in Public Administration from the Australia and New Zealand School of Government.
