Paul Fitzpatrick

Paul Fitzpatrick is an experienced executive in the corrections and justice services sector, currently serving as the Executive Director at the Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria since August 2014. Fitzpatrick has held various leadership roles, including Director of Transformation and Reform and Director in Strategy and Operations Consulting at Deloitte Australia from March 2013 to July 2014. Prior to that, Fitzpatrick was a Senior Manager in Operations Excellence at Deloitte UK and held various positions at Deloitte Australia from 2001 to 2007. Fitzpatrick began a career in research as a Research Assistant at Monash University in 1999. Academically, Fitzpatrick completed the Executive Fellows Program at ANZSOG in 2016 and earned a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from Monash University between 1995 and 1998.
