Ryan Batt

Ryan Batt is an experienced professional with a strong background in learning and development, focusing on education technology. Since February 2010, Ryan has held various roles at the Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria, currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Performance Systems. Previous positions include Learning and Development Consultant and Learning and Performance Officer, where responsibilities encompassed designing eLearning strategies and administering learning systems. Additionally, Ryan has experience in recruitment as a Project Officer for the Department of Justice and has worked as an HR & Payroll Administrator at Webfusion and an HR Classifications Officer for the Department of the Attorney General in Western Australia. Ryan holds a Graduate Certificate in eLearning from the University of New England and a degree in Commerce with a focus on HR and Management from Curtin University.
