Jeffrey Fussell

Jeffrey Fussell is an experienced investigator with a diverse background in public sector integrity and misconduct oversight. Currently serving as a Senior Investigator at the Department of Justice since February 2019, Jeffrey conducts administrative investigations related to misconduct allegations. Prior to this role, Jeffrey was the Manager of the Employee Conduct Unit at SA Health, overseeing investigations of serious misconduct and chairing the Conduct Assessment Panel. As Team Leader at the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption, management of a team investigating public service corruption was also emphasized. Jeffrey's experience includes serving as Regional Investigations Leader at the Western Australian Department of Environment Regulation, where responsibilities involved leading environmental investigations, and earlier roles with the Office of the Public Advocate and Complete Investigations and Surveillance Services in various investigative capacities. A career with WA Police as a Detective Senior Sergeant highlighted expertise in covert operations. Jeffrey holds a Graduate Certificate of Business (Management) from Edith Cowan University.
