Hanane Ellaiti M.ed

Hanane Ellaiti M.ED is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in organizational development, equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), and people and culture initiatives. Currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Development at the Department of National Defence, Hanane leads efforts to drive organizational growth and foster an inclusive corporate culture. Previous roles include Head of the Business Connect Group at the Canadian Business Council of Dubai and the Northern Emirates, and Head of the Department of Corporate Partnerships/Business Strategies at Canadian University Dubai. Hanane's earlier experience includes senior leadership positions at the Department of National Defence, where strategic international cooperation and planning were key responsibilities. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Education in Educational Counselling from the University of Ottawa, Hanane has been instrumental in enhancing organizational structures and processes across various government and academic sectors.
