Ryan Elza

Ryan Elza is currently working as the ACL Interagency Housing Innovation & Strategy Lead at the Administration for Community Living since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at Volunteers of America National Services, Volunteers of America, AARP Foundation, and the University of Maryland College Park. Ryan has a strong background in innovation and entrepreneurship, with a focus on alleviating poverty and isolation. With experience in marketing, event coordination, and research, Ryan has a Master's Degree in Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland.
