Amanda Hart has a diverse work experience in various fields. Amanda started their career as an Internship Trainee at Laffineur Law Firm in August 2022. In September 2021, they worked as a Student Manager at Deet's Place, a coffee shop affiliated with Virginia Tech, where they managed shifts, trained employees, and resolved issues with coworkers and customers. In May 2023, Amanda joined Sabre Systems Inc. as a Cyber Threat Analyst, conducting research on cyber threats against US national defense and developing strategies for cyber resilience. Amanda then joined the U.S. Department of State in January 2023 as a Researcher for the South Pacific team, focused on Chinese disinformation and political warfare in the Indo-Pacific. In August 2023, they became a Research Team Lead, overseeing a project on the military government of Myanmar. Amanda's work experience demonstrates their expertise in international affairs, research, and management.

Amanda Hart has a Master of Arts - MA degree in Public and International Affairs from Virginia Tech, which they obtained from 2023 to 2025.
