Andy Tomusiak

Andy Tomusiak is an accomplished student and emerging leader in the field of international affairs, currently serving as a Conflict Prevention and Stabilization Intern at the U.S. Department of State and as a U.S.-Vietnam Youth Leadership Cohort Member at the United States Institute of Peace. Tomusiak's experience includes research internships at the Peacekeeping and Stability Operations Institute and contributions to influential publications such as the Fragile States Index. Tomusiak is also a Dean’s Scholar at the Elliott School of International Affairs, where a research project focuses on legal responses to coup attempts, and is a ROTC Cadet preparing to commission as a U.S. Army officer. With a background in interfaith initiatives and substantial contributions to scholarly articles on international law, Tomusiak's work emphasizes conflict resolution and promotes reconciliation efforts across varied contexts.
