Jacques Etienne

Jacques Etienne is an experienced professional with a diverse background in foreign service, finance, and urban planning. Currently serving as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State since January 2011, Jacques has previously held positions at Citi in finance from July 2005 to September 2008, and as a Principal Planner at the New York City Transit Authority from September 2000 to June 2005. Earlier in Jacques's career, a role as a Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank was undertaken from 1997 to 2000.
