Kelsey Phinney

Kelsey Phinney is an experienced public health professional with a Master of Public Health degree in Health Systems from the Colorado School of Public Health, earned between September 2020 and May 2022. Prior to this, Kelsey obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Middlebury College from August 2012 to May 2016. Kelsey has served as a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of State and has held various roles at the Colorado School of Public Health, including Project Coordinator, Temporary Project Coordinator, Graduate Research Assistant to the Dean, Graduate Student Assistant, and Graduate Teaching Assistant.
